Now, when I am using another app like FB or Whatsapp, I can't answer the call. It rings and when I try to accept the call, nothing happens. I mean to say, neither I can accept the call nor I can dismiss it. the touch function doesn't work! This is worrysome. I have to close all the apps and wait for the caller to call me back. This is really annoying.<br />Can anyone please help me? You need to request the code to unlock the bootloader. Unfortunately at this moment your warranty is permanently void. <br /><br />However, some poeple sent their phones after unlocking and re-locking the bootloader and their warranty was accepted. It all depends on the service. For others would like to modify the...Thanks bro.. <br /><br />For others would like to modify the instructions abit so as not to get confused like me , <br /><br />1) Install ADB <br />2) A folder minimal ADB and Fastboot will be created in program files<br />3) Extract the original logo to the folder, <br /><br />a) Turn off the phone<br />b) When holding vol- press power button<br /> In folder with Minimal and fastboot open the command prompt <br />(hold shift and right click in free space. Then choose "Open Command Window Here" or open Command Prompt by holding windows logo on keyboard + R. Type cmd and hit enter. Then navigate to fastboot's folder).<br />4.
